Oat Milk Pancakes

Pancakes without milk that actually brown and fluff up properly


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups oat milk
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Yield: 4 servings

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl (or large measuring cup), mix the milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a fork.
  3. Bake on a griddle or pan like any other pancakes.
