Oat Milk Pancakes
Pancakes without milk that actually brown and fluff up properly
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cups oat milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl (or large measuring cup), mix the milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a fork.
- Bake on a griddle or pan like any other pancakes.
