Air Fryer Carrots

An easy side dish that can seem ~fancy~ for the right dinner


Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium sized carrots
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots. Cut them in half or quarters lengthwise (so they're long and skinny).
  2. In a large bowl or 9x9 pan, toss the carrots with the olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook in the air fry for 20 minutes at 380 F, shaking halfways through. After, toss in salt and pepper to taste, and top with Parmesan.
