
Air Fryer Carrots

An easy side dish that can seem ~fancy~ for the right dinner
Ingredients
- 1 lb medium sized carrots
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Instructions
- Peel the carrots. Cut them in half or quarters lengthwise (so they're long and skinny).
- In a large bowl or 9x9 pan, toss the carrots with the olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook in the air fry for 20 minutes at 380 F, shaking halfways through. After, toss in salt and pepper to taste, and top with Parmesan.
